1) Print the application form (below), then mail or drop by the completed application with a cheque, credit card #, or cash to the Chamber of Commerce Office located at 121 NW BLVD. (P.O. BOX 268), Creston, BC,  V0B 1G0 for those who wish to mail in their completed application)

Membership fees provide one year's Chamber Membership from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023.
